Which tool, and what you typed into it.
What you expected to see and what you saw instead.
Your browser and device, if it looks layout related. The checkbox will add the basics.
Whether the page was open from a file, a folder or a host.

Never send secrets. Do not email seed phrases, private keys, wallet backups or passwords to anyone, including us. Nothing on this site will ever ask for them.

What to expect

Messages are read by people, and replies come by email when there is something useful to say. There is no support queue, no promised response time and no list your address is added to.
